Phoenix ! Bad Experience!Just go last Saturday night at 2:30am.
No one serve you at the resting room (too many people and very poor arrangement)!
The manager told me to wait ** till 4:00am and "i said ok reserve for me!"
At 4:00 am the manager told me that ** will go out for 2 hour with the client!
(but just told to reserve it for me!)
They persuade me to choose another (have been wait for 1.5 hrs)
So they call back *% and told me to wait for 25 min more!
Finally, the MM arrive at 4:45am
Finish at 5:30am because the MM has been worked overtime (17hrs!)
There no room to stay overnight and leave at 6:00
